Training cost assumptions
Total matrix costs estimate the cost to complete each mandatory role requirement once for your selected headcount. This is not an annual recurring budget. Defaults are illustrative, not verified market averages.

These values refine the estimate. You can leave the defaults unchanged.
Employer pension, contributions and other costs above gross salary. Increases the estimated cost of employee time spent in training; it is not an extra training invoice.
Used only to convert the annual salary from Step 2 into a daily employee cost. Fewer working days means a higher estimated daily cost.
Share of training time treated as unavailable for normal work. Lowering this reduces the downtime estimate; it does not change course or travel costs.
Used only when the matrix has no validity period. A longer interval reduces annualised attendances and costs. Four years is the default modelling assumption, not a certification requirement.
These are illustrative SKUA starting assumptions, not verified industry averages or sourced course prices. A course-specific price library and verified market price lookup are not available yet. Review and replace defaults with your actual costs.
