A full course booking means a training booking managed from request to valid completion. It may include provider coordination, participant communication, scheduling, travel or accommodation coordination, joining instructions, attendance follow-up, certificate collection, evidence upload and matrix/system update.

Exclude simple eLearning self-enrolments, automated LMS assignments, bulk imports without manual admin work, or purely internal reminders.
