Only role-based business training requirements and organizational training costs: company name, region and operating sector, job role names, course and certification names, role/course requirements and validity, headcount and average salary by role, and course fees, travel, administration and estimation inputs.
Do not upload employee records, names, staff IDs, individual pay, personal training history, medical details or similar identifying information. If you cannot share an organization's confidential information, do not upload it.
By accepting these terms, you confirm you are authorized by the relevant organization to submit the reviewed business training and cost dataset. You grant SKUA a non-exclusive, purpose-limited right to securely retain, normalize, analyse and internally reuse that business dataset to provide the calculator and develop training intelligence, aggregate industry benchmarks and future planning services. No original source-file ownership is transferred.
SKUA will not publish customer-identifying matrix records or commercially sensitive customer-level pricing, nor sell such identified records to third parties, without additional authorization. Published benchmark outputs must be sufficiently aggregated to mitigate identification of contributors. Estimates and SKUA defaults are kept distinguishable from documented actual prices.
Business contact details are handled under the Privacy Notice. These business terms do not waive data protection rights and are not consent to marketing. The original uploaded file is processed locally and is not intentionally uploaded; only the reviewed structured business dataset is transferred.
SKUA calculations are estimates based on user inputs and documented assumptions, not guaranteed training quotes, compliance certifications, or execution schedules. Full retention durations, commercial withdrawal/correction processes and governing provisions are pending legal review. Do not use this draft to accept real customer information before publication readiness approval.
