Who is responsible?
This calculator is operated under the trading name SKUA by Tiemen van der Linden, who is the data controller for personal information collected through the calculator. Contact: info@getskua.com. SKUA is not presented as a separately registered legal entity.
Public technical beta: use synthetic, non-confidential test datasets only. Real customer datasets are not yet accepted pending completion of legal terms, retention policy and automated off-site backups.
SKUA processes your selected matrix locally in your browser. The original spreadsheet or PDF and its raw metadata are not intentionally uploaded by this calculator. Only a validated, reviewed structured business dataset is transferred after the user accepts the business data contribution terms. Do not upload matrices containing personal employee records; automated screening is not a guarantee of detecting every personal field.
Data collected
When you submit the calculator dataset to view the report, SKUA receives and stores your company name, country, sector, operational context, business contact email address, job-role and training labels, role-based requirements, role headcounts, role-level average salary inputs, course fee and delivery-method assumptions, reporting currency, calculated totals, source/provenance flags and the time of submission. Your email is used to associate your interest with this calculator and allow relevant follow-up about the requested analysis; it is not a marketing subscription.
The free business service requires a separate agreement to SKUA Business Data Contribution Terms before upload, governing internal reuse of permitted structured business data for training intelligence and non-identifying aggregated benchmarks. SKUA does not intentionally accept employee names, employee IDs, individual salaries, personal training records or raw source documents. The business-data agreement is not a consent to marketing. Any unsolicited marketing requires a separate lawful basis.
Anonymous usage information
SKUA measures calculator use and parser reliability through upload format, processing status and aggregate counts. These events are stored without a user account, email or original file. We do not intentionally store IP addresses in the analytics database; infrastructure security logs may be handled separately by the hosting platform.
Your choices and rights
Benchmark participation is optional and is not required for your report. To request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information, contact info@getskua.com. Data retention periods, lawful basis for business contact personal data, processor details and any cross-border transfers must be finalized before the calculator is publicly accessible. Do not treat this draft as the final published privacy policy.
